ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a detail-oriented Student Success and Operations Officer to join our team. This dynamic role combines student support responsibilities with operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of our academy. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong communication skills, and have experience with both administrative duties and customer service.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Student Success Management
- Communication
Respond to inquiries from prospects and existing customers across various channels like Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Email, and phone calls etc.
- Student Support
Manage class logistics (student reports, assignments, calendar management)
Operational Tasks
- Data Entry and Management
Manage comprehensive data entry responsibilities including inputting and maintaining student records in our database, updating class schedules and attendance records, tracking student enrollment and course completions, while ensuring accurate digital filing systems.
- Bookkeeping
Handle financial record-keeping duties including recording daily transactions, and reconciling accounts.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1 years of experience in administrative roles, customer service, or education support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with bookkeeping is a plus
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in using digital tools and social media platforms

- Pay Range: N100,000 NGN - N120,000 NGN
- Hours: Full Time Position
- Location: Port Harcourt. This is a hybrid role meaning you will work from our physical office location in Woji, Port Harcourt on some days of the week while working from home on other days.
